The 72 page book contains the notation for the dances and information about their social context.  There is a glossary of steps, an extensive bibliography and descriptions of the dances with arrangments of the music.

These were researched and prepared by Anne Daye, Frances Campbell, Hazel Dennison, Ian Gatiss and Judy Smith.
