Booking for The Historical Dance Summer School 2020
This form is intended for on-line booking and payment. For most events a form is available to download and print if booking by post. To use this, return to the relevant page (usually by pressing the back button in your browser).
We recommend that any matters of a sensitive nature are communicated directly to the administrator firstname.lastname@example.org and not sent using this form.
We hope that you will not need to cancel your booking but we advise you to take out cancellation insurance as we are not able to provide refunds except in exceptional circumstances.
Places are limited, so please book early. A £50 deposit reserves your place, which will be confirmed on payment of the full fee. The closing date for bookings is 5 June 2020.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer or international money transfer (which saves HDS the transaction fees for card payments/PayPal), please request our bank details in the information box below.

- The next page will confirm the total amount and ask for your name and address for payment.
- Your information will be emailed to us, with a copy to you.
- You will receive an invoice by email with payment instructions for credit/debit cards and PayPal.
- Note that the work of the HDS is done by unpaid volunteers in their spare time. Please be patient if it takes a few days to process your request.
